- sourcream
- salt
- baking powder
- egg
- onion
- flour
- spinach
- chorizo
- cheese
- butter

Instructions
Simple instructions on how to make this delicious chorizo casserole.

diced the onion, and cook it with the chorizo for about 2-3 minutes.

In another pan cook the spinach with like a tablespoon of water or alittle bit of oil salt and pepper.

In a bowl mix the rest of the ingredients with the spinach and the onions and chorizo.Mix it up.

Place into oven at 350 fahrenheit, add the mixture in a 8x8"pan bake it for 20 minutes or so.
Substitutions
- sour cream - If you don't have or want to use sour cream you can substitute de sour cream and the water with ½ cup of milk of your preference.
- Flour - use gluten free flour with no problem
- Chorizo - you can use vegetarian/ vegan chorizo.
- spinach- You can use frozen spinach,just make sure to remove all the excess water before adding it to the rest of the ingredients.
Storage
This is good for a week inside your fridge.

Ingredients
- 4 oz chorizo
- 3 handfulls of spinachs
- ½ cup flour
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- ½` teaspoon baking powder
- 1 egg
- 3 tablespoon sour cream
- 2 tablespoon water
- ¼ of a small/ medium onion
- ¾ cup shredded cheese
- 4 tablespoon butter
Instructions
- Sauté the Onion and Chorizo:In a skillet, heat a little oil over medium heat. Add the diced onion and chorizo. Cook for about 2 minutes, until the onion is softened and the chorizo is lightly browned.Cook the Spinach:In a separate pan, add the fresh spinach. Season with a pinch of salt and pepper. Sauté until wilted, about 2-3 minutes.Combine Ingredients:In a large bowl, mix together the sautéed chorizo and onion, cooked spinach, and the additional ingredients. Stir until well combined.Transfer to Baking Dish:Pour the mixture into an 8x8-inch baking dish, spreading it evenly.Bake:Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and bake for 20 minutes, or until heated through.Let cool slightly before cutting it.
