This yummy recipe is a very yummy easy and very good muffins. Its a great idea to use the fresh corns.

The corn season is from July to November, so give them a try with this so yummy sweet corn muffins.

SWEET CORN MUFFINS
Ingredients
- 1 ear corn 1 cup of corn
- 2 ¼ cup all purpose flour
- 1 can sweet condensed milk
- ½ cup sugar
- ¾ cup oil any oil
- ¾ cup milk
- 1 cream cheese
- 3 eggs
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- 1 tbsp vanilla
- 1 tbsp baking powder
Instructions
- preheat your oven to 425FIn a blender we add:half of the corn, the sweet condensed milk, the sugar,oil,milk,cream cheese,eggs and vanilla. And blended very well.In a bowl we are mixing:the flour,salt and baking powder.We add to the dry ingredients what we have left from the corn , and what we blended. Mix it up with a whisk. And let it rest for like 20 minutes.Once that time passed, you could grease your muffins tins so you don't use the muffins liners or use muffin liners. And start adding the mixture to it. I like to leave a space between them but you don't have to.Bake them to 425F for 10 minutes, then lower the temperature to 350F for 15 minutes. You can freeze them .
