  • gloves
  • ¾ cup white vinegar
  • ¾ cup water
  • 1 tablespoon white sugar
  • 1 tablespoon salt
  • 1 garlic minced

  • In a small saucepan add the white vinegar, the water, minced garlic salt and sugar.
  • cut your jalapeños into thin slices and put them in a jar with lid.
  • once the water start boiling.let it boil for 3 minutes turn it off and add it to the jar with the peppers and put the lid on,
  • make sure all the jalapenos peppers are covered in water. Let stand about 15minutes or when you see that the peppers have changed color to a dark green they are ready, you can put them in the fridge.
