Using gloves,(preferebly)slice the jalapenos peppers and add them to the jar until is all cover to the top.

In a small pot add the rest of the ingredients and take it to the stove to boil for 3minutes.

Add the boiling water to the jar to cover the jalapenos.

Put the lid to the jar and let it rest unitl the jalapenos chance to a dark green.
