In a small saucepan add the white vinegar, the water, minced garlic salt and sugar.
cut your jalapeños into thin slices and put them in a jar with lid.
once the water start boiling.let it boil for 3 minutes turn it off and add it to the jar with the peppers and put the lid on,
make sure all the jalapenos peppers are covered in water. Let stand about 15minutes or when you see that the peppers have changed color to a dark green they are ready, you can put them in the fridge.
