MEXICAN RED SPAGHETTI.
Ingredients
- 1 spaghetti
- 1 can media crema
- 1 can tomato sauce 8oz.
Instructions
- Cook the Spaghetti:In a large pot, bring water to a rolling boil.Add a generous pinch of salt to the boiling water.Add the spaghetti and cook according to the package instructions for 9 minutes, or until al dente.Drain the spaghetti and set it aside.Prepare the Sauce:In a blender or food processor, combine the tomato sauce and media crema.Blend until smooth and well mixed.combine the Pasta and Sauce:Return the same pot you used to cook the spaghetti to the stove.Add 1-2 tablespoons of butter or oil to the pot and heat over medium heat.Pour in the blended tomato-cream sauce and cook for 1 minute, stirring occasionally.Add the drained spaghetti to the pot and toss to coat evenly with the sauce.Serve and Enjoy:Serve the pasta immediately and enjoy your delicious, easy meal.
