Its an easy recipe with an amazing Mexican dressing that is simple to make and full of flavor.

TRICK FOR THE APPLES NO TO TURN DARK
I love vitamin C for this, simple just cut the apples put them in a plate or container cruch 1 or 2 vitamin C depends on how many apples are you going to use, and spred it on the apples mix it up a little and add it to your salad.
MEXICAN DRESSING
what makes this green salad with Mexican dressing so unique and delicious is the chicken bouillon and fresh lime juice that we use to make this dressing.


In a pan we add sugar and the sliced almonds with a little bit of water. Mix it until the sugar is caramelized and all the almonds are cover in sugar. Removed them from the pan and add them to a piece of wax paper and let them cool.

Meanwhile, In a big plate we are adding spinach and lettuce, mix them up, Cut in half either green grapes or red. Add them to the salad plate.


We sliced apple and we use vitamin C so the apple does not brown . We mix all the ingredients for the dressing. and add it to the salad.

MEXICAN GREEN SALAD
Ingredients
- lettuce
- 1-2 apples slice them
- 1-2 cups of grapes. cut them in half
- caramelized pecans or walnuts or almonds whatever you prefer
- FOR THE DRESSING
- 5 limes the big ones with no seeds preferably
- ½ teaspoon chicken bouillon
- 1 tablespoon white sugar
- ½ teaspoon white vinegar
- CARAMELIZED ALMONDS
- ½ CUP sliced almonds
- ¼ cup white sugar
- 2 teaspoon water
Instructions
- On a large plate, arrange the washed lettuce as the base. Top with your choice of fresh fruits and a generous sprinkle of caramelized pecans or almonds.
- To prepare the dressing, combine the lime juice, sugar, chicken broth, and white vinegar in a small bottle. Secure the lid and shake vigorously until well mixed.
- **Note:** Feel free to adjust the sweetness or acidity by adding more sugar, lime juice, or chicken bouillon according to your taste preferences. This dressing is a family favorite!

- In a skillet, add the sugar, the walnuts/almonds, and the water, and mix well.Mix constantly to help the sugar stick to the walnuts/almondsWhen you start to smell a slight burnt aroma and it begins to caramelize, immediately remove the walnuts from the skillet and place them on a piece of wax paper to cool.Let them cool and carefully separate them from one another.Add them to any of your salads if you want to give them a different and very tasty touch."
