MEXICAN CORN DIP

Ingredients
  

  • 4 corns
  • 2 tablespoon butter
  • .4 oz cream cheese half of a cream cheese
  • ¼ cup diced jalapeños peppers in vingear totally optional, you can use a can of diced green chiles.
  • ¼ cup mayonnaise
  • 4-5 slices Mozarella cheese
  • 2 clove garlic
  • salt and pepper

Instructions
 

  • Remove the corn kernels from the ear corn.
    Melt the butter in a pan, add the corn and cook them for a few minutes, add the minced garlic salt and pepper and mix them up. Add the cream cheese and cut it in little cubes and mix it so it can melt. Once that happens, add the mayonnaise and sour cream and mix them up. Once this is all mix up after like 2-3 minutes add the jalapeños mix it and you are going to cover the pan with the slices of cheese, cover it either with a plate or a lid. low the heat and let it there until the cheese is melted. around 3 minutes. And this great dip is ready to eat with good chips,
    once is done, you could add some salsa on the middle of the dip but this is totally optional.
