Ingredients
- ½ cup lime juice
- ⅓ cup oil any oil that you want to use, i use olive oil or avocado
- 1 teaspoon oregano
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- pinch black pepper
- 2 cups queso fresco cut in cubes
- 1 cucumber peel it and cut in cubes
- ½ cup red onion finely chopped
- 2 tablespoon juice from the can of the jalapeños in vinegar optional
- some jalapeños optional
Instructions
- Mix the lime juice, oil,oregano,salt pepper in a bowluntil all the ingredients are integrated.Add the queso fresco,the cucumber and the red onion in a bowl. Bathe with the vinaigrette and refrigerate the ceviche for about 1-2 hrs.serve it with tostadas or salty crackers.
