QUESO FRESCO CEVICHE.

Ingredients
  

  • ½ cup lime juice
  • cup oil any oil that you want to use, i use olive oil or avocado
  • 1 teaspoon oregano
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • pinch black pepper
  • 2 cups queso fresco cut in cubes
  • 1 cucumber peel it and cut in cubes
  • ½ cup red onion finely chopped
  • 2 tablespoon juice from the can of the jalapeños in vinegar optional
  • some jalapeños optional

Instructions
 

  • Mix the lime juice, oil,oregano,salt pepper in a bowluntil all the ingredients are integrated.
    Add the queso fresco,the cucumber and the red onion in a bowl. Bathe with the vinaigrette and refrigerate the ceviche for about 1-2 hrs.
    serve it with tostadas or salty crackers.
