Instructions
Mix the lime juice, oil,oregano,salt pepper in a bowluntil all the ingredients are integrated.Add the queso fresco,the cucumber and the red onion in a bowl. Bathe with the vinaigrette and refrigerate the ceviche for about 1-2 hrs.serve it with tostadas or salty crackers.
