To make this pico de gallo Mexian style you need simple ingredients that I am pretty sure you already have at your house.

- onion
- cilantro
- tomatoes
- lime juice
- salt
- pepper
- minced garlic

Instructions
This recipe is simply as 1,2,3

cut/dice the onion, tomatoes and cilantro.

Add all the ingredients in a bowl and mix it up very well.

cover it and let it set for a little bit and is ready to be used. Enjoy.

Hint: The more you let it rest, the better flavor it will have.
Variations
You can add somo diced jalapeños or serranos to your pico de gallo if you want a kik on it.
Equipment
I highly recommend to use a crystal bowl and not plastic, plastic will absorb the flavors living them there and it will be have to get rid of them lol.
Storage
You can keep this pico de gallo inside the fridge for up to 7 days or so.
Top tip
Make the pico de gallo, and leave it inside your fridge for a day or so and then go and make my delicious VEGETARIAN TAQUITOS you only use 2 ingredients, this pico de gallo and oats. thats all. check it out.

- 4 tomatoes
- 1 small onion
- ¼ bunch cilantro
- 2 minced garlic
- 2 limes (their juice)
