- 4 tomatoes
- 1 small onion
- ¼ bunch cilantro
- 2 minced garlic
- 2 limes (their juice)
- 1 teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
Diced the tomatoes and onion, cut the cilantro finelay. in bowl add all the ingredients together with the diced tomatoes onions and cilantro. Mix it very well.and let it rest for at least 1 day.
