Ingredients
  

  • 5 eggs
  • ¾ cup oil
  • ½ cup white sugar
  • 2 cups gluten free pancake mix it has to be made with gluten free all purpose flour pancake mix no almond flour
  • 1 cup whipping cream
  • ¼ cup white sugar or you can use powder sugar
  • 1 can evaporated milk
  • 1 can condensed milk
  • 1 can media crema substitute for evaporated milk
  • strawberies for decorations

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the Oven
  • - Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • 2Prepare the Cake Batter:
  • - In a mixing bowl, combine the pancake mix, eggs, sugar, and oil. Mix well until smooth.
  • 3.Bake the Cake:
  • - Grease a 9x13-inch baking pan and pour the batter into it. Bake for about 20 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
  • - Once baked, remove the cake from the oven and let it cool completely.
  • Create Holes for Soaking:
  • - Once the cake has cooled, use a fork to make small holes all over the surface.
  • Prepare the Milk Mixture:
  • - In a blender, combine the sweetened condensed milk, evaporated milk, and whole milk. Blend until smooth.
  • Soak the Cake:
  • - Carefully and slowly pour the milk mixture over the cooled cake, allowing it to absorb. Use a knife or spatula to gently separate the edges of the cake from the pan to help the milk soak in. Continue until all the milk mixture has been absorbed.
  • Make the Whipped Cream:
  • - In a small bowl, combine the heavy whipping cream and sugar. Whip until soft peaks form.
  • Frost and Decorate:
  • - Spread the whipped cream evenly over the top of the soaked cake. Decorate with fresh strawberries to your liking.
  • Serve and Enjoy:
  • - Slice and serve chilled for a delightful treat!
