Preheat the Oven
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

Make the Whipped Cream:
- In a small bowl, combine the heavy whipping cream and sugar. Whip until soft peaks form.
Frost and Decorate:
- Spread the whipped cream evenly over the top of the soaked cake. Decorate with fresh strawberries to your liking.
