soy sauce
and you will need meat tenderizer add some to each of the steaks for both sides.

Instructions
Marinating the Meat
In a container add the soy sauce,olive oil and the lime juice and mix well. Set aside.
Add some of the meat tenderizer to each one of the steak and add it to a 9×13" brush the marinade mix to both sides of the meat.
Add the rest of the marinade on top of the steak.
Once you are done with that step, cover the pan and put in inside your fridge, let it marinade for 24 hrs if possible or at least 3-4 hrs.
Once that time pass, your meat is ready for the grill.

Notes
Go easy on the meat tenderizer, of you will have a very salty steak, remember that the soy sauce is very salty too.
