Easy and delicious cookies.Enjoy.

Can you freeze the hojarascas cookies?

You can freeze the dough, but not the cookies, and the reason for that is that the cookie needs to be warm so the mixture of the cinnamon and sugar stick to the cookies.

You could warm them up for a little bit but the taste is different.

So to freeze them, add the dough to a piece of plastic wrap then to a piece of aluminum foil . You can keep it there for up to 30minutes.

Storage

You can keep the dough inside the fridge in a airtag container for up to 10 days. Once you bake them, you can keep them fro around 15 days or so. in a airtag container.
