MEXICAN SALSA

Ingredients
  

  • 4 tomatoes
  • 3 tomatillos
  • 3 serranos
  • ½ bunch of cilantro
  • 1 juice of a lime
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • ¼ of a medium onion
  • 1 teaspoon chicken bouillon
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper

Instructions
 

  • Instructions:
    Prepare the Vegetables:Remove the husks from the tomatillos and rinse all the vegetables thoroughly.
    Sauté the Vegetables:In a pan, add around 2 tablespoon of oil and heat over medium heat.Cut the tomatoes, tomatillos, chiles, and onion in half.Place them in the pan and sauté for about 5 minutes, or until slightly softened and lightly charred.
    Blend the Salsa:Transfer the sautéed vegetables to a blender.Add the remaining ingredients (such as garlic, salt, cilantro, lime juice—adjust based on your recipe).Blend until smooth.
    Serve:Taste and adjust seasoning if needed. Serve and enjoy!
