VEGAN BURGERS

Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb lentils
  • 2 pieces carrots
  • 1 green pepper any color of pepper works
  • 1 onion
  • 3 cloves of garlic
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 cups bread crumbs
  • salt and pepper

Instructions
 

  • Cook the lentils until they are smushy, around 11 minutes
    Cut the veggies and cook them all together (not the garlic yet) only onion pepper and for the carrots, you have to shredded it. 2 minutes before turning it off, add the minced garlic and cook it together with the veggies for the last 2 minutes.
    Mix everything together after all of it is cooked. And blended it. Add the salt and pepper to your taste.
    Grab some mixture, and put it between 2 parchment paper and press lightly to make a circle/burger and put it in a cookie sheet so we can put them inside the freezer for 2 hrs or so.
    Once they are frozen, You could wrap them individually or you can just add them in a ziploc bag.
    You can keep them for up to 3 months inside the freezer.
    When ready to eat them, get one out and you can add them directly to the hot pan. Enjoy.
