PIZZA AND THE SAUCE

Ingredients
  

  • PIZZA DOUGH
  • 1 tablespoon yeast
  • 1 cup warm water
  • 2 tablespoon oil
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • 3 cups flour more if you need it
  • 1 tablespoon honey you can use sugar
  • SAUCE
  • ¼ cup butter melted
  • ¼ cup mayonnaise
  • ¼ cup Parmesan cheese
  • ½ teaspoon salt more or less
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder more or less
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning more or less

Instructions
 

  • in a small bowl add the warm water the yeast and a pinch of sugar, mix it and let it rest for 5 to 8 minutes. in a bigger bowl add the rest of the ingredients mix them for a little bit, add the yeast mixture and mix it very well to create a dough.
    let the dough rest while you add the mixture that will give to this pizza the best flavor ever.
    WHITE SAUCE
    ¼ cup of butter melted
    ¼cup Parmesan cheese
    ¼ cup mayonnaise
    ¼tsp salt or more to your taste
    ¼ teaspoon garlic powder or more to your taste
    1 ½ teaspoon of Italian seasoning or more to your taste.
    In a bowl melt the butter and add the rest of the ingredients mix them very well.
    Add a little bit of this sauce to the pan that you are going to use to make the pizza, add the dough and make the pizza, add more of this sauce, then the red sauce and your toppings.
    Preheat oven to 425F and bake for 10 to 15 minutes. depends on your oven. Once the pizza is out add more of the mixture on the crust again.
