MEXICAN WHITE BACON SPAGHETTI.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 spaghetti
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • onion
  • 3 tablespoon mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon chicken bouillon 1 cube or you can use salt and pepper instead
  • 2 tablespoon butter
  • 3 slices ham
  • 4 bacon
  • 1-2 tablespoon bacon fat

Instructions
 

  • Cook the Spaghetti:
    Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil.Add the spaghetti and cook according to the package instructions. For al dente pasta, cook for about 9 minutes.Drain the spaghetti and set aside.
    Cook the Bacon:
    In a skillet over medium heat, cook the bacon until crispy.Remove the bacon from the skillet, crumble it, and set aside.Reserve 2 tablespoons of the bacon fat for later use.
    Prepare the Sauce:
    While the bacon cooks, blend the sauce ingredients in a blender or food processor for 2-3 minutes until smooth.
    Combine Ingredients:
    In the same pot used for the spaghetti, heat the reserved bacon fat and butter (or oil) over medium heat.Add the blended sauce and cook for about 1 minute, stirring occasionally.Add the cooked spaghetti to the pot and toss everything together until the pasta is well coated with the sauce.
    Final Touches:
    Taste the dish and adjust the seasoning as needed, adding salt if desired.Stir in the crumbled bacon.
