Ingredients
  

  • 2 tomatoes
  • ¼ piece of onion
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • 1 chicken bouillon 1 square or 1 teaspoon
  • ¼ cup water
  • 1//2 onion
  • 1 chipotle pepper

Instructions
 

  • Peel and shred the carrots. Take the ½ of an onion and slice it very finely.
    In a pan add some oil and we add the sliced onion and we cook it until is transparent. We add the shredded carrtos and we cook it for another 2-3 minutes.
    In a blender we add the tomato, the chipotle pepper. the ¼ of an onion,garlic, chicken bouillon,and the ¼ of a cup of water.
    blend it very well.
    Once we cook the carrots after 2-3 minutes, we are going to add what we blended. Mix it up and cook it for another 2 minutes or so, or until we dont have a lot of the liquid that we add (what we blended).
    Grab a tostada, add some refried beans, some of out tinga carrots, add some lettuce,sourcream,salsa etc.
