MEXICAN DISCADA

Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 chorizo
  • 1 big onion
  • 2 green peppers
  • 1 package of bacon
  • 10 slices of ham any preference
  • 1 package of hothog sausage
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • slice or dice the onion, then the peppers. We are going to dice or cut as you would like the ham, hotdogs sausages, and the bacon, (I personally like to cut it small to have more)
    in a pan add a little bit of oil and let it get warm/hot, then add the onion and the green peppers and cook for like 5 minutes, then add the bacon ham and hotdog sausages and cook until the bacon is cooked. Add the meet and cook, and last but not least, we add the chorizo and cooked, mixing it up so everything its comnined. cook it for like 3 to5 minutes and done. Serve in corn tortillas or flour tortillas.
