Mexican Chicken Salad Recipe Tostadas

Ingredients
  

  • FOR THE VINAIGRETTE
  • 2 limes juice
  • 2 tablespoon white vinegar
  • 2 tablespoon olive oil
  • ½-1 teaspoon dry oregano
  • CHICKEN SALAD
  • 3 cups rotisserie chicken shredded
  • 1 bunch cilantro
  • 2 tomatoes diced
  • 2 cups shredded lettuce finely
  • 1-2 avocados
  • ½ medium onion sliced finely
  • salt
  • tostadas or salty crakers

Instructions
 

  • Add the ingredients for the lime vinaigrette in a small bowl. Whisk to combine.
  • Add the ingredients for the chicken salad in a large container, mix it. do not add the avocados yet.
  • Pour the lime vinaigrette on top, and mix well to combine.
  • Keep refrigerated until ready to serve. Add the avocado right before you're ready to serve mix it.
  • serve it with some tostadas.

Notes

This is a delicious salad, but I highly recommend to eat it the same day or the next one only. because of the content of tomatoes the salad will be more liquid plus the avocado if you used, it will get dark.
