EASY RECIPE DINNER ROLLS

Ingredients
  

  • ½ cup warm water
  • ½ cup warm milk you can use lactose free milk
  • 1 huevo
  • cup soft butter (5tbsp butter) use dairy free
  • cup white sugar
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 4 cups all purpose flour
  • 1 tablespoon yeast

Instructions
 

  • Mix the liquids: You can do this by hand or with a mixer. Start by adding the warm milk, warm water, and yeast. Stir to combine and let it sit for 5 minutes to activate the yeast.
    Add the rest of the ingredients: Add the egg, butter, sugar, and salt (but not the flour). Mix everything together.
    Add the flour: Gradually add the flour, until a soft, elastic dough forms. The dough should be slightly sticky but not so much that it sticks to your hands.
    Let the dough rise: Transfer the dough into a large greased bowl, cover it, and let it rest until it doubles in size.
    Shape the dough: Once the dough has risen, divide it into12- 15 equal balls. Try to make them as uniform as possible.
    Second rise: Grease a 9x13-inch baking dish, and arrange the dough balls in it. Let them rest again until they double in size.
    Preheat the oven: Preheat your oven to 350 (180C), and bake the rolls for 18minutes, or until golden brown.
    Butter the rolls: Once baked, spread some butter over the top while they are still hot to give them color and flavor.
    TO FREEZE:
    Do the first 5 steps. Done this shape the balls ans put them in a cookie sheet and add it to the freezer for around 2 hrs. Once are frozen add the dough to a ziploc bag. You can keep them in the freezer for 4 weeks.
    When ready to bake them, Oil a 9x13 pan, add the frozen dinner rolls and let them defrost and grow (it takes around 5 hrs) Preheat your oven and bake them.
