Mix the liquids: You can do this by hand or with a mixer. Start by adding the warm milk, warm water, and yeast. Try to make them as uniform as possible.Second rise: Grease a 9x13-inch baking dish, and arrange the dough balls in it. Let them rest again until they double in size.Preheat the oven: Preheat your oven to 350 (180C), and bake the rolls for 18minutes, or until golden brown.Butter the rolls: Once baked, spread some butter over the top while they are still hot to give them color and flavor.TO FREEZE:Do the first 5 steps. Done this shape the balls ans put them in a cookie sheet and add it to the freezer for around 2 hrs. Once are frozen add the dough to a ziploc bag. You can keep them in the freezer for 4 weeks.When ready to bake them, Oil a 9x13 pan, add the frozen dinner rolls and let them defrost and grow (it takes around 5 hrs) Preheat your oven and bake them.
