- bread crumbs

Substitutions
You can make this CHICKEN HAMBURGER FREEZER MEAL, dairy free using the dairy free plant base ranch dressing,
another substitution is if you don't have bread crumbs you can use:
- Panko
- Cornflakes no sugar
If you are planning on using cornflakes you have you blended it a little bit so you can have small pieces of the cereal.
Storage
You can keep this burgers in your freezer for up to 2-3 months. They are great every time.
Top tip
You can reheat your burgers:
- In the oven 350F for 10-15 minutes
- Airfryer: 350F for 5 minutes
- .Stove: in a Pan or Comal put your hamburger add a little bit of oil and heat them unitl they are defrost , medium low heat so you don't burn them.

Ingredients
- 2 ½ cups breadcrumbs
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon chilli powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- ½ teaspoon cumin
- ½ cup ranch dressing
- ½ cup hot sauce
- 3 chicken breast you are cutting them long side to get more pieces of chicken to make the patties. you should get around 6 to 9 pieces of chicken.
Instructions
- in a small bowl combine the ranch dressing and the hot sauce, put them on the side. In another bigger bowl , mix the spices and the breadcrumbs and combine them well. Cut the chicken on the long side, you will get around 6 to 9 pieces with 3 chicken breast (it will depends on the size of your chicken breast)You are going to grab 1 piece of chicken and dip it into the mixture of the ranch dressing and the hot sauce, we want to cover the chicken completely. then take the piece of chicken to the breadcrumbs mix. Then add the chicken to a cookie sheet pan covered with aluminum foil.And proceed to do the same with the rest of the chicken pieces. preheat your oven to 350F 180C Once you are done making your burgers, bake them for 20 minutes.After 20 minutes, check if the chicken is ready, making a little cut on the bigger side of the chicken. If they are not longer pink and like wet your chickens are done. let them cool completely, Once are cool, add the cookie sheet to the freezer for like 1 or 2hrs. Once the chicken patties are frozen , you can add them to a ziploc bag and return them to the freezer. Once you are ready to eat them,(you can add a piece of cheese if you like)you can reheat them in 3 different ways:OVEN: 350F for 10-15 minutes or soAIR FRYER: 350F for 5 minutesSTOVE: (for this method, I like to defrost first my patties then reheat them on the stove) if you try to reheat them frozen it will take forever and your breadcrumbs will burn.once they are hot, you can make a small batch of the mixture of ranch dressing and the hot sauce, you will add some on top of your burger both sides or if you add some cheese, then you can add the mix on top of your cheese. Add any toppings that you would like to add, and enjoy.
