A yummy meatless meal super affordable, this beans burritos are so delicious and a very quick meal to make, specially at the end of the week where you have pretty much noting left? this is your go to meal.

INGREDIENTS FOR THE BEANS BURRITOS:

  • Flour tortillas
  • bell pepper (any color)
  • 2 cans of black beans or 4 cups of cooked beans
  • onion
  • jalapeño pepper
  • cream cheese
  • cilantro
  • salt
  • lime

Course Breakfast

Ingredients
  

  • ¾ teaspoon yeast
  • 1 tablespoon water
  • 1 cup+2 tbsp all purpose flour
  • ¼ cup milk
  • 1 tablespoon oil
  • 1 egg yolk
  • 2 tablespoon sugar
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ cup sugar (for dusting the donuts)
  • ¼ teaspoon cinnamon
  • oil for frying the donuts. I like to fry my donuts in s mall pan so I only use a little bit of oil, it takes a little longer because I do one donuts at the time.

Instructions
 

  • In a container, add all the rest of the ingredients, except the warm water and the yeast mix them together and let them rest for abput 5 min.
    Once the yeast expand is ready to be mix with the rest of the ingredients.
    and You are going to knead the mixture until it forms a dough.
    cover it and let it rest for 1 hr or until double the size.
    then Using a rolling pin, we will roll out the dough and cut out circles for the donuts, making a smaller circle in the center of each one.We place them on a baking sheet and let them rest for about 30 minutes.
    5 minutes before in a pot add some oil and let it get hot slowly.
    then fry your doughnuts around 30sec per side.
    get them out and put them on a paper towel to absorb the excess of the oil.
    once done. mix in a bowl the sugar and the cinnamon and cover the doughnuts with it. enjoy.
