This whole tilapia recipe is a very easy quick dinner idea. In less than 20 minutes dinner will be ready.

Ingredients
  

  • 4 fillets of tilapia
  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • 1 cup parmensan cheese
  • ½ cup lime juice
  • 5 minced garlic

Instructions
 

  • Mix all the ingredients in a bowl, the mayonnaise, the lime juice the salt and pepper, the cheese and the minced garlic.
    lay out piece of foil, rob the sauce mixture on both sides of the fish, fold the foil over and make a little packet for the fish.
    put all the packets into the crock pot and cook on low for 2 hrs or until the fish flake easily with a fork.
    you can make it in the oven 350f for 15 minutes, or grill it as well.

Food safety

  • Cook to a minimum temperature of 165F (74 °C)
  • Do not use the same utensils on cooked food, that previously touched raw meat
  • Wash hands after touching raw meat
  • Don't leave food sitting out at room temperature for extended periods.
