- corn tortillas
- cilantro lime
- cheese (dont use it if want it 100% vegan meal)
- pico de gallo
- oil

Mix the pico de gallo with the oats, and let it rest rest around 5 to 7 minutes.

warm the corn tortillas, add some cheese to the tortilla and a tablespoon or so of the mixture.

Close the taquito using a toothpick, and fry them.

You can add some lettuce, sour cream, salsa lime and salt. Enjoy.
